Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or leaked
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Partial consumption of the product
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Replacement / Exchange :

No exchange / No return will be provided at any cost. If any replacement is approved the new item will get delivered within 30 min from the time of approval to your registered address.

Shipping Policy :

Once the order is placed your item will get delivered within 30 minutes to your registered address.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before preparation begins. Once the order is processed or prepared, cancellation will not be possible.
