3. Products and Pricing
   Freshness Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest quality fresh produce. However, since fruits are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and ripeness in juice may occur.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Availability: Products are subject to seasonal availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or a substitute.

4. Ordering and Payment
   Account: You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Payment: We accept all type of major payments . Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Delivery Policy
   Timeline: We aim to deliver within 30mins. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Andheri East, 400069 & Jogeshwari East, 400060. Please check if your pin code is serviceable.

Recipient Absence: If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, we may leave the package at the doorstep or with a security guard, after which we are not responsible for theft or spoilage.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds: If you receive damaged product, please contact us within [2 hours] of delivery with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be processed for a refund or replacement.

   All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Simply Fruitful and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
